The satisfaction of our shareholders, customers and partners is our top priority – therefore it is important to us to receive your suggestions for improvement and criticism directly and honestly.

We have therefore set up a central complaints office for all of our shareholders, customers and partners to which they can turn. It doesn’t matter whether you complain, want to express criticism or want to provide us with information and advice.

We will immediately confirm receipt of every message by email and process it promptly. We will inform you about how to proceed within 14 days.
